Yes. Thermisight is an authorized dealer for every brand in our catalog, and we proactively manage those authorizations so they never silently lapse. That means the manufacturer warranty and support are valid on every optic we sell.

Do you offer law-enforcement, military, or first-responder pricing?

Yes. We offer special pricing for verified U.S. law-enforcement, military, and first-responder buyers through ID.me verification. Verify your status on our Verify page to unlock your discount at checkout.

Can thermal optics be exported outside the United States?

Most thermal optics are U.S.-only export items governed by ITAR and EAR regulations. A U.S.-export acknowledgement is required at checkout and shipping is U.S.-only. See our Export Compliance page for full details.

Does Thermisight Dynamics ship orders itself?

No. Thermisight operates as a drop-ship dealer: every unit is fulfilled and shipped directly to you by its manufacturer or authorized distributor. We hold no inventory, which keeps stock fresh and keeps the manufacturer warranty attached to your purchase. Each order line is routed to its brand automatically and ships from that brand.

How long does shipping take if items ship from the manufacturer?

Lead times vary by brand. Each product page shows the brand's estimated ship time in business days, and your order confirmation repeats it per brand ('ships from [Brand] in X business days'). Most in-stock items leave the manufacturer within 2–5 business days; backorders take longer and we email a revised ship date.

When will I get tracking for a manufacturer-shipped order?

Tracking is emailed to you the moment the manufacturer ships. We pass their tracking number straight through to your order, so the shipping-confirmation email is the fastest place to see it. You can also look up status any time on our Track Order page with your order number and tracking token.
